SF6 Gas Filling Kit
The Sulfer Hexafloride gas is extremy chemically stable, non-
flammable and highly electronegative with an excellent
dielectric property of approximate 2.5 times more than air.
It is usually used in high voltage equipment like circuit
breakers in high voltage system.
Our Motomax SF6 gas filling kit is very easy to use, durable
and robust. It consist of different type of gas filling adopters
suitable for high voltage circuit breakers of ABB/
CGL/SIEMENS/ ALSTHOM make. Also we provide different
type adopters for SF6 gas cylinders of 11/25/50 kg and all
adopters have universal thread at one end. We provide 02
nos high pressure flexible hoses with universal joint at both
ends. We provide 5 inch dial SF6 gas pressure gauge fitted
with 2- way adaptor. One hose is to be connected to one of
the adapter and other end of the hose is to be connected
with appropriate SF6 gas cylinder adaptor and which in turn
to be connected to gas cylinder outlet. One terminal of the
other hose is to be connected to another end of 2- way
adopter abd other end of hose to be fitted with appropriate
adaptor of the circuit breaker and that in turn is to be fitted
into gas feed pot of the concern circuit breaker. Before
connecting with circuit breaker feed pot, sf6 gas cylinder
knob is to be opened slightly to pass sf6 gas to pass internal
trap air if any, inside the hose and then close gas cylinder
knob and connect hose to the breaker feed pot. Now
gradually open the gas cylinder knob slowly and fill SF6 gas
into the breaker and check the pressure gauge by closing
cylinder regulator knob. Thus continue the procedure till
such time pressure gauge indicate appropriate sf6 gas
pressure value.

Description:
Motomax manufacture and supply sf6 gas filling kit with special
regulator system. In which a 2 way regulator is being provided, fitted
with special adaptor for sf6 gas cylinder. Regulator has two pressure
gauges, one id to know total pressure of the gas cylinder and another
pressure gauge of approx. 4 inch dial diameter is to read the sf6 gas
pressure into the concern circuit breaker/ rmu. We provide 5 mtr long
high pressure hose with universal thread joint of both ends. One end is
to be connected with regulator outlet and other end is to be connected
into circuit breaker / rmu sf6 gas feeding pot with breaker/ rmu
adaptor. We provide special key to operate gas regulator. We provide
two D spanners to be used to tightened all adaptor nuts. Now gas
cylinder regulator knob is to be opened and read cylinder pressure and
adjust regulator key to flow sf6 gas into breaker/ rmu.
All are housed into one brief case .
